Throughout your stay, you will immerse yourself in a carefully curated program designed to enhance your well-being. From daily yoga and meditation sessions and vegetarian cookery classes, to invigorating outdoor activities, each day will be filled with opportunities to reconnect with yourself and nature. Our expert wellness practitioners will guide you through holistic treatments and nourishing meals that nourish both your body and spirit, while our experienced vegetarian chefs will teach you how to reflect these learnings in the kitchen.
The wellness elements will be led by Giulia Marcelli, a passionate local yoga instructor who discovered a love for yoga among a busy life travelling, it became her home from home. She will be guiding us through the 7 chakras in multiple masterclasses across the 8 days, with regular yoga and meditation sessions all reflecting the daily learnings. The Cookery classes will be led by Simona and Valeria, two sisters whose mission it is to revolutionise your diet through sharing their passion for vegetarian recipes which are healthy, inspiring and exciting. After generations of being involved in food production, Simona has run a natural food shop in Asti with her mother since the 90s, and the two came together in 2016 to create the first macrobiotic cookery school in Asti, RosaRegina. The schedule is hosted entirely in English, and along with the daily yoga sessions and cookery classes will also include:
- Outdoor workout sessions led by a local personal trainer.
- Sound baths led by an experienced local practitioner.
- Healthy pizza and bread making class.
- Artist sessions.
- Vineyard walks and meditations.
- A visit to a local natural wine producer.
- An introduction and tour of the Village Forest School at Montaldo.
- And of course there will be plenty of free time to spend by the south-facing swimming pool!
